For cosmetic purposes its used in three different ways: as capsules or tablets, powder and as the classic “cube”.
Use:
1. Bloated stomach
You feel that your stomach is like a balloon? This is probably because your bowels are a little lazy. Yeast is an ideal solution to improve digestion. This natural probiotic is your best ally for digestion problems, as it will stimulate the intestinal flora. Stir bag of yeast in a glass of warm water and drink it.
2.Facial Care

You will need: a cube of fresh yeast, three tablespoons of milk. Warm up the milk on low heat, add the yeast and stir together. Apply the mask with brush to the face and neck. Leave for 15 minutes,then rinse with warm and then cold water. It is possible that new acne will start to appear, but it’s a sign that the skin is cleansing of toxins. Be patient.
4. Solution for hair problems
